2. Services
We provide a range of cleaning services, including home cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, office cleaning, retail cleaning, event/after party cleaning, gardening/jet wash, general cleaning, post-construction cleaning, regular cleaning, and deep cleaning.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings: All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or through our website. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information regarding property type, size, and required services.
• Payments: Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed methods. If paying by bank transfer, payment must be made within 7 days of the service date.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Client Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule a cleaning service without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
• Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment if unforeseen circumstances arise. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly, and we will do our best to arrange an alternative time.

5. Access to Property
Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot gain access to the property, a no-show fee equivalent to the full cost of the service may apply.

6. Service Guarantee
We aim to deliver high-quality cleaning services and guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, you must notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange to re-clean the area at no additional charge.

7. Liability

• Damage or Loss: DC Afrik UK Global Ltd. is fully insured, and our cleaners take great care while working on your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or wear and tear. In the event of accidental damage, please notify us immediately, and we will take the appropriate steps to rectify the issue.
• Valuables: Clients are responsible for securing any valuables prior to our visit. We do not accept liability for items that are not secured.

8. Health and Safety
We adhere to health and safety standards and require that all hazardous materials, pets, and other potential risks are managed by the client before our team arrives.

9. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for ensuring:

• Clear instructions are provided for the services required.
• The property is accessible at the agreed time.
• Basic utilities, such as water and electricity, are available.

10. Pricing and Changes
Our pricing is subject to change without prior notice. We will make every effort to notify clients of any changes that may affect their bookings.

11. Use of Website

• Content: All content on our website is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution of any content is prohibited.
• Data Protection: Your privacy is important to us. By using our website, you consent to our data collection and privacy practices, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
